If you are applying for a role based overseas, we will discuss with you before sharing your details with a client outside the UK.
7. How long we keep your information
- Candidates: up to two years after our last meaningful contact with you. We will check in before then if we would like to keep your details for longer. Records we must keep by law are kept for at least one year after the end of a search.
- Clients: for the length of our relationship and six years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
- Website enquiries: up to two years, unless the enquiry turns into a candidate or client relationship.
- Referees: for as long as the related candidate record is kept.
After these periods we securely delete or anonymise the information.
