Many senior appointments can’t be advertised: a planned succession, a new market entry or a replacement for an incumbent. We run these searches discreetly, approaching candidates directly without naming your business until the right stage.

We work on a retained or contingent basis. Wherever possible we recommend an exclusive search, because it gives us the time and access to deliver the best result for you. Fees are agreed upfront, with no hidden costs.

Do you only recruit in the West Midlands?

No. We’re based in Wolverhampton but recruit across the UK, including remote and international-travel roles.

How long does an executive search take?

Typically 6 to 12 weeks, but we tailor the search to your situation. Some roles need deeper market mapping or stakeholder alignment; others move faster. Our focus is delivering the right leader, not just the quickest one.

Do you recruit interim as well as permanent leaders?

Yes, we recruit both.

Can you keep the search confidential?

Yes. We can run the whole search without naming your organisation until you’re ready.

What makes executive search different from a recruitment agency?

Executive search proactively finds and approaches the best leaders in a market, rather than relying on people who apply to adverts. It’s the usual approach for senior leadership roles.

Do you work on a retained or contingent basis?

Both. We recommend exclusivity where possible, as it allows the most valuable outcome.

What happens if the appointment doesn't work out?

We make sure the commercial terms stay fair. We don’t lock clients into rigid rebate agreements; we adjust based on your circumstances so you’re protected.
