Meet the founder: Jacob Omueda
Jacob founded OM Search Consultants and runs every search himself. He’s competitive and relentlessly committed to results. He gets them by building a real relationship with each client and taking the time to understand the organisation first.
He puts in the miles, the conversations and the time it takes to learn how your operation runs and what your culture demands. One Managing Director described Jacob travelling hundreds of miles to meet in person and visit their facility, and said it made a real difference to the quality of candidates he presented.
That mix of approachability, competitive drive and deep sector knowledge is why manufacturing leaders trust Jacob with their most critical hires.
With more than ten years in recruitment, Jacob has placed leaders with privately owned manufacturers, private equity-backed groups and global organisations. Outside recruitment, he represented his country as a member of the Team GB national American football team.
